My Car is fixed – 3 cheers for Muzz :)

For ages this key.jpghas been stuck in the car boot door. Thus haven’t been able to open the car using the keyhole in the boot. Which has been a bit of a pain.

Yesterday went into town and went to open the boot using the lever in the front of the car lever-in-front-of-car.jpgto pop the boot it wouldn’t open it 😦 I tried to pull the pushchair though from the boot to the back seat but couldn’t. Had to carry Daniel around and hes getting heavy!!
Today went to Muzz’s for the day. My man is clever. My man saved me heaps of $$. I love my man. He not only got the key out he also fixed the lever and now I can do this key-goes-in.jpg and this boot-open.jpg

Hip Hip Hooray for Muzzy!!!

  1. I was trying to figure out what “boot” meant. I’m guessing it’s the same as “trunk”? Glad to hear it’s been fixed! Yeah Muzzy!

    Here via Wendys!

  2. yay Muzz good for you. Yep a “boot” is like the back part of the car that you store stuff in. Your model of car is one of those thrifty ones Jen, I use to have a yellow one just like it and it was awesome.

  3. awww shucks, Muzz looks with embarrassment (with a bit of red cheeks) and says just glad to help out my lady and my boys, after all everybody uses their boot every day for all sorts of things, imagine what would happened if we had no boots in the cars, in the old days they had pickups with decks on them and the boot didn’t event exist very much until in the late 65’s
    hugs for you Jen 😀

    Hugs for you Amy 😀

Hugs for you too Kailani :D, now when you mentioned trunks I thought you where mentioning about swimming togs is what we call trunks here or tree trunks….

This blog has been interesting and has brought different meaning from different country’s, and I enjoy this.

  11. Hello Jen!
My name is Jen as well and I am pleased to be able to visit your blog via Wendy’s Whimsies. As soon as I started reading your posts, it was as if I could hear you speaking and I have never even met you! But the voice did come to me as speaking with an English voice and not an american one! What fun! I am glad that you were finally able to get into the boot and get the lever fixed as well.

    See ya soon!
